Because of the very own character this typeface is presenting, I decided to design only one weight, which is some kind of mix between medium and bold. It is clearly a typeface for headlines or distinctions and was not made for long texts. It is supposed to attract the readers attention with its specific contrast between thick and thin and the unusual bows of the stam. After sketching and brainstorming with the team, I started working in FontLab. The first version was designed by my fellow Mischa from bauer concept & design, who did a pretty good job!
